For the first time, databases containing subscriber, user, and advertisers are integrated and used for reporting and analytics.- Developed company’s KPIs in collaboration with the senior executive team to help shift the organizational focus in line with the expectations of the new ownership. Developed forecasts and set goals for these new KPIs, which are now the company-wide goals.- Manage the Washington Post’s relationships with Adobe, Comscore, Neilsen, Chartbeat, Outbrain, and Qualtrics. Evaluate new vendors in the research and analytics space and reallocate budget accordingly.- Lead A/B testing for the Washington Post, including identifying testing opportunities, executing tests (via Test & Target), analyzing results, and providing actionable recommendations.- Manage all primary research, the scope of which has expanded greatly since the company’s acquisition. In the first 7 months of 2014, more than 100 pieces of research were conducted.- Create pricing models for the Washington Post’s initiatives in the digital and mobile space and recommend optimal pricing, which were subsequently adopted by the company.
