It is now a lifetime since the disability discrimination act was won in the UK. Being part of the campaign to have it implemented is one the things I am most proud of.My first proper job was about inclusion and I have not changed since then . All work roles I have had since then have been to support all people to have access , equity and a sense of being valued, considered and belonging . Whether I am working with Children or Adults in work, in play , my work is to enable people to be their best , authentic selves with inclusion in their hearts. There are a lot of things to be done and we need to give people a chance.So let's get busy.I have been and continue to be a facilitator, a change maker, an advocate , a friendly critique and a mentor, a driver and a coach to all who need this role in their lives.
