Global Api And Integrations Manager
Current● Establish and develop relationships with Global Heads to understand strategic initiatives and facilitate integrations where required. ● Global accountability for the identification and delivery of solutions which will provide Domain Teams with cross team integration end points for customer, suppliers, and SasS vendors ● Work in collaboration with Architecture teams to define and execute the company API strategy, including API design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. ● Drive API versioning and backward compatibility strategies for the Integration layer to support evolving business needs. ● Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Integration API development. ● Provide technical leadership and guidance to the API development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. ● Build and lead a team to provide quality long lived enterprise level solutions, products and services aligned to the principles and philosophy of the IT strategy ● Lead the team to ensure they offer proactive service and responsive 3rd line support for the capabilities they provide ● Ensure that the overall service delivered by the team lines up with business expectations and can be reported through data driven KPI’s and delivered through SLAs ● Work closely with other functions and practices such as Architecture, Delivery, Security, Business Analysis, Testing and Assurance and Global PMO to ensure that solutions meet requirements and align with standards and best practices ● Manage the performance review process for the team through 1-2-1s, objective setting, mentoring and coaching ● Collaborate, communicate and manage stakeholders across all levels ● Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, API trends, and industry developments, and advocate for their integration into company global API strategy.
