I worked as a student facilitator on the 'Be the Change' project at Lancaster University. The project involved teaching workshops to primary school children to better their knowledge about the world around them. Topics that I taught included democracy, team building skills and presentational skills. I worked alongside four fellow students to deliver these.

My responsibilities whilst working at PC World included handling cash, keeping the shop displays presentable, assisting customers in their purchases and encouraging customers to take out insurance policies on their electrical goods.
