Lead a multi-disciplinary team that includes Pharmacists, Registered Nurses, Pharmacy Technicians and System Analysts for all pharmacy related applications for a 13 hospital healthcare system. We currently support Siemens Pharmacy, Omnicell, MAK and the medication build in Soarian. Our customer base includes nurses, respiratory therapists, pharmacists and leadership at both the facility and corporate levels.We have successfully implemented CPOE using Soarian Clinicals in all facilities and have met Meaningful Use Stage I and are currently in the attestation period for Meaningful Use Stage II.

I managed a team of Registered Nurses who focused on creating Evidence Based order sets and Protocols for a multi-facility hospital system. We standardized order sets and protocols so patients could expect the same level of Evidence Based care at all facilities.While implementing CPOE at our facilities, we formatted over 230 order sets and protocols to be built in Siemens Soarian for use by providers. The order sets we created were set up in a way that CMS measures could be met and best practices could easily be followed.
