Personally- I am a high-energy, highly relational leader. Mobilizing, connecting and equipping people to serve and love one another is one of my greatest joys! I've been married 10 years and have a blended family of 4 children. My husband and kids are my biggest encouragers! I care deeply for people and want to make sure they feel loved and accepted and finding purpose in their lives. Our family loves UNC Tarheels and University of Richmond Spiders!Professionally- I serve as the Raleigh City Director of Love Life, a non-profit based in Charlotte, NC and expanding nationally. My role is to mobilize churches to come to our local abortion center, to pray for abortion vulnerable women and the employees and volunteers involved in abortion. We are not activists, we are prayer warriors. Our primary audience is Pastors of evangelical churches that are looking to do more to engage the tragedy of abortion in their city from a gospel-centered focus.My Organization- Love Life exists to unite and mobilize the Church to create a culture of Love and Life that will result in an end to abortion and the orphan crisis. We accomplish this by hosting 40 weeks of peaceful prayer walk each Saturday from February through November. Pastors choose at least one week to participate and walk through a 4-step process culminating in the prayer walk on Saturday and an invitation for participants to engage in on going ministry around the issue of abortion. This is loving our neighbors in the “ditch” as we love ourselves.My Why- people matter deeply to God therefore they matter deeply to me. My greatest joys in life are around connecting with people and helping them flourish through their relationships with God, with others, and with themselves.
