About Beth Eberly

Being in Customer Service for well over 30 years now I have come to know what a customer wants. Plain and Simple to be heard and to be understood.The times of automation have taken that away from most of the customer service jobs and some people think that just to answer the phone is servicing the customer. I believe that I must treat a customer the way I would want to be treated, politely and with enthusiasm. If I don't promote the Company by doing my job at 100% then the customer is not going to want to keep doing business with us. Service is not always of the material aspect of what you get but of the feeling you walk away with.
