Made the decision to put my career on hold while rearing our children due to sub par day care experiences. Also, wanted to be the one to see the first mile stones and instill basic values that I felt were better taught one on one. I continued this education as I home schooled, and loved seeing those "light bulb" moments. While it has been more difficult than I thought it would be to re-enter the work force, it is teaching me patience and perseverance. My children are seeing this, and I'm realizing they are learning even more by my example.
