The best example is at the doctor's office when a child comes in so scared of the potential visit. I try to calm them down and then tell them they have a sticker or lolli pop waiting to ease them. When a parent needs insurance assistance, I have been there because I dealt for years with my child with autism. I am always willing to help anyway I can, with some tips.
