I love all things ticketing and seating plans related!No two days are the same, my working day is a varying blend of sales, operational and people based responsibilities. I enjoy all aspects of the job: ticketing, customer service/enquiries, reporting & data, and managing the Box Office team. But it is no secret I love building shows, everything from price lists to seating plans to agency allocations; I spend most of my day on our ticketing system Spektrix. When I’m not selling tickets, you’ll find me buying tickets; all of my spare time is spent watching shows. I am so lucky that my passion is my career. It really is a childhood dream come true to be working in the Theatre industry and in such a beautiful venue.I’m 26 and at the start of my professional career, I have worked hard to get where I am, I want to continue to develop my skills, and I can’t wait to see how my career progresses.
