I am responsible for business strategy, client development, marketing and the quality assurance of our work.I lead a team of over 25 Associates offering the full range of generalist and specialist HR and L&OD advice and guidance.I was cited as one of HR's Most Influential Thinkers in 2023 and also came second as Institute Advocate of the Year 2023 in the first ever Institute of Leadership Awards. I regularly host webinars and lectures for the CIPD and other HR and L&OD bodies and have spoken at Olympia and CIPD Conferences.
