Drove organisation-wide strategic goals, project management and pilot programs for innovation, business efficiency, and impact growth during a significant growth period for the business. Built and implemented cross-industry collaborations and partnerships solving for complex climate impacts from our food systems. as well as addressing food insecurity in vulnerable communities. Designed and managed emergency food relief programs for vulnerable communities during Covid19, collaborating with industry, not-for-profits, NSW Government partners to design and scale food relief programs that delivered up to 18,000 meals a week to over 152 charities, using data and direct community feedback to address community needs.

Managed the strategy and delivery of a suite of events for OzHarvest with the aims of revenue generation, fundraising, partnership development, corporate engagement and increasing brand awareness. Delivered the CEO Cookoff flagship event involving 1500 community guests, 200 corporate participants, 52 chefs & kitchens, stage show, awards ceremony and over 100 staff and volunteers. Redesigned the event format to increase both participant capacity by 25 and fundraising revenue by minimum $250,000

Owned strategic direction, creative design, finance, operations and partnerships across a suite of major cultural events for the City of Parramatta Council, with a focus on community capacity building and economic development. Managing events up to 95,000 attendees. Introduced major events public arts grant program aimed at community education and sustainability, and charity grant program to support vulnerable communities in the area, as well as sustainable operating principles across all events.
