Designed and managed emergency food relief programs for vulnerable communities during Covid19, collaborating with industry, not-for-profits, NSW Government partners to design and scale food relief programs that delivered up to 18,000 meals a week to over 152 charities, using data and direct community feedback to address community needs.

Delivered the CEO Cookoff flagship event involving 1500 community guests, 200 corporate participants, 52 chefs & kitchens, stage show, awards ceremony and over 100 staff and volunteers. Redesigned the event format to increase both participant capacity by 25 and fundraising revenue by minimum $250,000
