Systems Architect and Project Manager for 1.4 million dollar initiative to develop an electronic version of the Community Health Aide Manual (CHAM) known as the eCHAM. This book is the primary clinical guideline for all of the Community Health Aide/Practitioners (CHA/Ps) in Alaska. Project is currently on time and under budget. Worked with a steering board of stakeholders including tribal health leaders, Indian Health Service Leadership, CHA/Ps and tribal IT professionals to design a system that will improve the ability to update the CHA/M content, takes into account the technological differences in village clinics. Development of multiple deliverables to meet the needs of every tribal organization in the state including a web based eCHAM, an ePublication, a PDF version and an iPad version.Lead a team of project staff and contractors to complete the work required to implement the eCHAM. Developed and implemented process improvement initiatives within the HIT Project Management Office.
