This book is the primary clinical guideline for all of the Community Health Aide/Practitioners (CHA/Ps) in Alaska. Project is currently on time and under budget. Worked with a steering board of stakeholders including tribal health leaders, Indian Health Service Leadership, CHA/Ps and tribal IT professionals to design a system that will improve the ability to update the CHA/M content, takes into account the technological differences in village clinics. Development of multiple deliverables to meet the needs of every tribal organization in the state including a web based eCHAM, an ePublication, a PDF version and an iPad version.Lead a team of project staff and contractors to complete the work required to implement the eCHAM. Developed and implemented process improvement initiatives within the HIT Project Management Office.
