Model design and frequent redesign is based on the every-changing business requirements of the CSS Delivery organization which has experienced significant growth in recent years resulting in an organization that employs 8,000+ FTEs and 5,000 vendors across 60+ subsidiaries, and 18 core technologies.• The model supports annual budget, quarterly, and monthly forecasting activities and has allowed the Global Planning team to achieve high forecast accuracy. In FY14 and FY15, Premier reactive volume budget results were .8% and .4% variance to budget, respectively. • The role requires deep knowledge of the CSS business, its BI environment, and strong SQL Server and BI technology skills. Considered a subject matter expert on the core CSS Data Warehouse (Detego), actively serves on the CSS Data Governance Committee and the CSS Sprint Prioritization Committee, and oversees the change management of key MDM taxonomies in the CSS Data Warehouse. • Role requires excellent communication skills as there is frequent interaction and collaboration with global business stakeholders, finance representatives, IT professionals, as well as planning team members.• Award Winner – GPGP (Great People, Great Performance) Award - 2010, 2012
