After one year of implementation SAICs AFCEE 4P sales increased from $12M in FY09 to $24M in FY10 and a 98% increase in task order awards. Led or was major contributor to the capture and proposal efforts for the AFCEE 4PAE08, AFCEE WERC, Navy Environmental Services IDIQ, Army Environmental Conservation Investment Program, VA Energy Services ID/IQ, AAFES Energy Management Services, GSA Blanket Purchase Agreement for Energy Management Services and the AFCEE ECOS09.
