Ehr Analyst Trainer/End User Support
I provide end user support as well as stay well educated regarding Meaningful Use as to keep our team and our users up to date with the most current MU information. Creating documentation is right in my 'wheel house'. I create and maintain CBL modules for our end users to supplement face-to-face training sessions. I assisted the physician with every patient seen in office by taking down the information during the visits. I also worked closely with the physician to make sure all patients were well taken care of, nothing fell through the cracks, and each patient felt as if they had our full and complete attention. This was maintained with each person's schedule as well as with the on-call company. I served as EHR Superuser and attended regular superuser meetings in order to remain knowledgeable in recommended EHR practices so I can communicate and train my coworkers.

I communicated with the patients and worked closely with both physicians to provide the best medical care to their patients. I maintained their patient charts, documented patient communication, completed prior authorizations, took xrays, performed PFT's, and much more.
