Senior Enrollment Services Specialist
CurrentGrowth and Business Development, Marketing and Student Acquisition Department• Utilize superior technical and customer service skills to support student recruitment and retention efforts.• Create, revise and rigorously test online enrollment system applications, registration forms and re-enrollment surveys. • Develop specifications and coordinate data mapping integration between the enrollment system, the student information system and fee payment software. • Prepare and present enrollment reports, and provide analysis of enrollment health to facilitate planning and strategic attainment of goals. • Design training materials and provide enrollment policy and system training for Registrars.• Identify and resolve technical issues for parents, students and school staff.
