- Liaised with Brewers Collective attorneys, founders and general managers to assist with business and legal issues related to the growth and innovation of the AB craft brands.- Consulted on trademark licensing and co-branding agreements with organizations that include the National Football League and Major League Soccer. - Reviewed and update compliance procedures around the relationship between manufacturers, wholesalers and retailers of alcohol pertaining to sampling, donations, giveaways and sponsorships.- Conducted research on potential names, labels and slogans through trademark searches using Corsearch.

- Designed and implemented strategic plans for local and national brand activation campaigns, allocating budget of $1.5M.- Advised on sponsorship agreements to ensure terms were in compliance with state liquor laws.- Negotiated vendor and talent agreements to best represent Elysian’s position as a client.- Directed and mentored a team of five employees to effectively execute large scale brand events.- Coordinated with both internal colleagues and external wholesaler partners to coordinate brand activations outside of home market.
