Newly developed position providing strategy, leadership, and management for staff of 3 and budget of $16.8M. Investigated current portfolio of 60 events, identifying areas of opportunity, while developing unexplored markets for new revenue.• Created, developed, and launched digital gaming/esports initiative #TiltCancer to reach new donors in vast and growing market. • Identified future areas of opportunity for LLS in corporate, college, esports.

Provided overall leadership and management for chapter staff of 27 and thousands of volunteers, having oversight and responsibility for all areas of the chapter. • Grew revenue on average of 3-5% per year, raising $14.85M in 2018, a record for the chapter.• Recognized as top revenue generating chapter out of 56 since 2013, consistently in the top 2 for national campaigns.• Identified, recruited, and trained high level volunteers to achieve the strategic plan to include Board of Trustees, C-suite event chairs, revenue generating executive leadership committees and mission committees.• Grew major gifts fundraising by 25% since 2013 and under leadership, secured first $1M and $500K gifts to chapter.• Direct management and leadership of the Leukemia Ball, one of the largest non- political black-tie fundraising events in Washington, DC. The 30th Anniversary raised $4.1M and the Ball has raised over $65M since inception.
