Provide direction for staff supporting Revenue Cycle/Long Term Care implementations. Oversee the hiring and training of staff to educate healthcare professionals on how to best leverage their MEDITECH RCG application in order to streamline their business operations. Act as the liaison to customer’s leadership and support teams. Collaborate with other application support management teams such as development, programming, and technical support.

Coded in a web-based platform to create a suite of mobile products for physicians. Integrated existing 6.x M-AT clinical technology with a mobile interface. Specifically worked with Web Acute Status Board, ED Tracker, Discharge and Documentation. Acted as scrum master for two teams, keeping track of all stories, communicating with desktop teams to ensure projects and bug fixes stayed in sync, and ensuring projects were completed on-time. Acted as lead educator for developers learning how to program within the web environment. Mentor to new developers learning all Meditech languages and applications.

Collaborated in creating the financial/administrative/revenue cycle portion of a new web-based Ambulatory application. Supported pushing applications into a new environment and determined how our language could best accommodate this initiative. Integrated new screen logic and existing 6.x M-AT infrastructure within the Patient Accounting applications to provide financial and scheduling solutions for doctors' offices.

Collaborated in designing and building an enhanced patient accounting system from the ground up. As lead programmer for collection activities, implemented functionality including graphical collection timelines, dictionaries, automated nightly activities, and contract management. Created routines that govern batch posting, bill posting, patient desktop routines, interest, and transaction displays.

Supported B/AR 5.x implementation customers and helped develop custom B/AR applications and technologies.

Assisted with installation and implementation of 5.x B/AR application to new MEDITECH customers.
