Overseeing and assessing the referrals the agency receives for placement from several probation and children's services agencies across Southern California. Providing the liaison work needed between a non-profit agency and the largest Probation department in the state. Training and supervising staff. Helping youth to develop skills to return to their communities and homes.

Assisted or Acted as Clinical Director of the Pasadena Community Counseling Clinic. Oversaw all aspects of the budget and secretarial staff for the running of the oldest counseling clinic of Pasadena. Selected and trained counseling staff. Made all reports necessary to all agencies connected. Provided case management and testing perspectives on new cases. Assisted staff in all emergencies. Provided 10-15 hours of direct counseling services as needed. Instructed several classes each semester in Family Therapy Interviewing Techniques and/or live supervision class. Provided individual and group supervision.
