Organising and undertaking projects across a large factory with over 1000 employees. Aiding to manage large project across site and enabling further education and training across placement employee cohorts. Extending from this, participating in lean projects to streamline working across the factory. This includes creating specifications for new build projects so that sections of the factory can be standardised. Heavily involved in energy consumption projects in attempt to lower carbon footprint and minimise energy savings across the business.

Responsible for ensuring that all customers experience the highest standard service possible, receiving orders at a high pace while having the ability to confidently make specialised drinks. Most nights spent supervising the workplace alone, looking after a large team and ensuring safety and quality throughout. Managed the website and app of the brand and ensuring that customer experience is controlled and to the highest possible standard.

Previously employed as a Trade and Non-Trade Duty Manager of two separate branches of Iceland Foods. This role consisted of supervising a full team of staff and managing the store, ensuring standards are upheld throughout the day. Moreover, the role also required me to handle all tills in the store, cash up using a POS system and safely deposit cash twice a week to the corporate office. Supervising the stores daily allowed me to enhance my decision-making skills and allowed me to develop my flexible approach to work and my ability to prioritise and distribute workload.
