About Beth Green
My career started in graduate recruitment and training and I moved to Management Consulting where i worked on projects in all areas of organisational psychology which included strategic change management, development of competency frameworks, management training programmes (design and delivery) and career management. In 2010 I took a PG Dip on Career Counselling and Consultancy at Birbeck college.Since then I have run my own company as a freelance wellbeing and careers consultant with periods spent in career guidance in Higher Education, Schools and universities. I have also been a Director for several small companys and a trustee in a number of organisations. i took courses in Positive Psycholgy at the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera. I have worked in various areas of organisational psychology for over 35 years. this has included change management, organisational development, organisatoonal stategy.The majority of my time is now taken up by my business and life skills consultancy. I undertake personality assessments and other assistance to help small and medium organisations recruit the right people and use people in the most effective way. I am also an experienced and qualified careers coach.I use my facilitation skills to run planning, problem solving and team building events. My interest in mindful meditation has led me to lead stress reduction workshops for individuals and organisations. My workshops are creative in the approach they take to improving organisational and life skills. As a qualified Careers consultant I offer a range of activities in this area. I work with school students, undergraduates, in an outplacement situation, career planning and job change. As a succesful business owner with extensive experience in large organisations I undertake executive coaching and mentoring.
