I'm Beth (she/her): a longtime Eugene/Springfield resident who cares deeply about ensuring our great state has everything it needs for all to live a happy, healthy life! I began my career in the human services field back in 2006 at Jasper Mountain Safe Center, and I have worked in a variety of settings supporting children and families in many capacities. My journey into becoming a Mental Health Therapist landed her with Looking Glass, where I have been supporting community members since 2015. When the Holiday Farm fire happened in 2020, I explored additional advocacy roles in the environmental realm to further support my mission for a safe and equitable future for all. I started working with the Eugene Environmental Film Festival in 2023, which introduced me to all that BRING does for education and outreach across Oregon. In 2024, after moving therapy practice to part time, I connected with BRING about opportunities for environmental activism, and was thrilled that we had a focus I could support!Now, I am at BRING to support the implementation of EPA Pollution Prevention Grant: I am happy to support businesses in Oregon with the Food + Business Manufacturing Partnership.
