Prior to that ran a successful consulting business serving the real estate industry and writer for Seattle Business Magazine. Experience includes leading the Asset Services division for the Pacific NW for CBRE and was responsible for over 50MSF of assets leading a team of 325; P&L $50M. Prior to Seattle, was in the Boston market as an Asset Manager with TA Associates Realty, and through EMCOR was responsible for occupier services team for half of Fidelity Investment's Corporate Real Estate Portfolio throughout the US. Proven track record, a tireless advocate and mentor. An active board member, experienced fundraiser, currently serves on the Board of Directors of Bellevue LifeSpring and is a Member International Women's Forum. Beth was named to the Puget Sound Business Journals' Power 100 Most Influential in Washington in both 2020 and 2021.
