Currently employed as a sales associate at Sunglass Hut which is under the umbrella corporation of the Luxottica Group.

Throughout this placement I was placed in Mecwacare Prahran residential aged care facility where i had an caseload of individual clients and co-facilitated a weekly therapy group. I conducted long term counseling with the older adults on my individual caseload. The weekly therapy group used reminiscence therapy to build connections between the residents and reinforce identity and memory. This placement enlightened me to the importance of providing older adults both within and outside of residential care mental health support.

As a placement student, I was about of the Student Well-being Team. I primarily worked with school refusing students and students with high anxiety. This placement improved my rapport building skills, taught me how to work within a school environment and gave me experience using different therapy approaches including exposure therapy.

In my role as a sales assistant at The Athletes Foot, my responsibilities we customer service focused. I was heavily involved on the shop floor and attending to customer requests.
