Although licensed as a real estate broker (since 1975), I work exclusively as a general real estate appraiser.

I was responsible for hundreds of commercial real estate evaluations and restricted appraisals during my tenure with the bank. Duties included coordination of property inspections and communications with others (lenders, engagement specialists and other bank staff), photographs of the properties, determination of the property history and highest and best use, researching potential comparable sales, analysis and writing of the reports. The ultimate goal was to reduce risk to the bank.

Retired: I assisted the priest and fill in as needed in the absence of the priest when we're on the mountain.

During various times in the 20-year period, I led morning and evening prayer, coordinated supply priests in the absence of a rector, chaired the music and worship committee, wrote and delivered sermons, acted as lector and Eucharistic minister and Lay Eucharistic Visitor.I continue to serve as Eucharistic minister and lector and add my alto voice to the St. Ambrose choir.
