As a paralegal with Eastburn and Gray, I assist in the preparation and filing of various zoning and land use applications to local municipalities, as well as civil litigation pleadings and a variety of real estate agreements. In connection with that work, I often need to perform public real estate records research and review of municipal tax maps. I manage a busy meeting schedule in a fast-paced office environment. I enjoy working with our clients and my colleagues as feasible solutions are developed for a wide variety of property issues.As a Realtor with New Horizons Real Estate, Inc., a good understanding of the policies, procedures and basic legal principles associated with a land use and real estate law practice easily crosses over and benefits my real estate clients. My legal background gives me an edge in assisting my real estate clients in understanding the terms of the numerous agreements and documents involved in either selling or buying property. I am also better equipped than others to recognize zoning and title issues and know when to consult an attorney or other professional. I prefer to handle the majority of the conveyancing aspect of my real estate transactions personally so that I can be assured matters are in order and there are no complications at the table. My specific knowledge and experience sets me apart.
