Responsible for coordinating all NPD and EPD across all customers at site. Key responsibilities include managing all new concepts from brief to launch stage via a cross-functional factory team, including writing and adhering to critical paths, new raw material sourcing, costings, feasibility meetings, customer presentations, Concept-Process Handovers, managing the artwork process and overseeing customer’s experiences of product launches.

Responsible for the success delivery of NPD and EPD across 9 categories within M&S. Key responsibilities include managing all new concepts from brief to launch stage, including adhering to a Critical Path, new raw material sourcing, costings, feasibility meetings, customer presentations, Concept-Process Handovers, managing the artwork process and overseeing customer’s experiences of product launches.

Responsible for NPD across a wide range of customers, including M&S, Morrisons, Tesco, Waitrose, Debenhams, Pret a Manger, BP, Costa, Dunnes, and Starbucks. Key roles include managing wide range of concepts from brief to launch stage, and as a priority within that working closely with new and existing customers to develop relationships and consistent ways of working.Key achievements include, using a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and how the factory operates, re-writing the company’s NPD Process, communicating it to a cross-functional team, who delivered and refined it to make it functional for all. Joint delivery of key new products through the factory, on time and in line with customer expectations.

Responsible for factory trial administrative duties, paperwork generation, results presentation to customers and specification generation, including ingredient declarations and calculated nutritionals. Working within the Process team meant I was able to develop an in depth understanding of the NPD process, and what was required to successfully launch new products, and from that base I moved into an NPD Manager role.
