I am a constant stream of unique innovation. Every morning I promise myself that remaining static is not an option.I have developed a number of skills through my experience. From store management and team building at Tutti Frutti to training pedagogy at Freebirds to the nuances of coffee, wine, and product quality at the nook, I have taken the time to gain something from every experience. At the Nook Cafe, I wrote and created a successful training program from scratch, made successful product suggestions and adjustments based on customer feedback, and am currently in the process of establishing a well-balanced wine list. I find myself constantly searching for better methods and paying close attention to every detail. My mind is a constant web of brainstorming. I attribute these skills to my early experience with music. Music is both precise and creative. Being the child of a musician, I was fully immersed in the world of beauty and logic, both emotional and exact. Communicating with others through written and spoken word is one of my passions.I love seeing other people learning, growing, and sharing their experience with others. Fully immersing myself in any project from planning wine nights to researching data to creating a stimulating environment for my team is inevitable in my current day to day. Determination has paid off, and I have nothing but big ideas.
