I started at YCC in 2018 as a Customer Assistant at the Sheffield Christmas Market, and since then, I've had the chance to grow and take on new challenges with the company. YCC has been great in helping me develop my skills in a multitude of different areas.Over the years, I've worked hard and really enjoyed helping and meeting customers at trade events. I’ve also picked up a lot of experience in logistics, solving problems, and recently, I’ve been focusing on expanding our business into new international markets. It’s been a journey of continuous learning and growth.I love being part of the YCC team and always aim to deliver great service. My time here has taught me so much about teamwork, communication, and staying positive, no matter what comes my way.
