I work in the best interest of my client(s) with a broad focus in the Real Estate Industry including Residential Pre-Owned and New Build Homes, Land/Lots/Acreage, First Time Home Buyers, Sellers, Relocations and Investors.

*Reviewing, suggesting revision, approving and executing litigation documents, including discovery responses, verifications, affidavits, and settlement agreements on behalf of the Bank and/or t's investors*Working with counsel to resolve pre-litigated and litigated issues involving the Bank and/or it's investors*Facilitating warm transfer to new servicer.

*Coordinated with outside/inside counsel to resolve low to mid-risk mortgage litigation cases. *Supported defense of certain low to mid-risk non-default and default real estate claims and non-litigated matters including contested foreclosures. *Attended Mediations, Settlement conferences, Depositions, Hearings and Trials as corporate representatives.

*Initiate postponements for homeowners who have defaulted on their mortgages. *Initiate and monitor research on accounts as required. *Communicate with attorneys on loss mitigation efforts and arrangements. *Coordinate and facilitate loss mitigation efforts with various departments *Respond to customer inquiries regarding mortgage defaults and loss.

*Monitoring and completing time sensitive tasks, ensuring the foreclosure attorney continually expedites the foreclosure process within the timeframe allowed *Ensure that all foreclosure-related tasks and duties are expedited according to investor, government agency and company guidelines while maintaining a high level of quality service to internal and.
