Manage daily inventory operations/accounts receivables for three rock yards/one quarry. Generate billing invoices from sales tickets/verify accurate pricing with yard prices/customer quotes. Responsible for new loan set up, renewals, billing, payment posting, refunds, disbursement of funds on new loans/credit lines, Freddie Mac servicing/remittance, 1098/1099 tax reporting, monthly board reports, escrow servicing on loans, yearly escrow analysis, general ledger entries, account reconciliations, audit inquiries, shadow processing/charge offs, forbearance agreements, deferred fees/costs and credit reporting. • Implemented a procedure change to cash posting that cut the daily task time in half.• Performed the lead role in a successful acquisition of a Bank with 3K loans.
