As a member of the Product Development team I was responsible for the development of new products to support revenue growth in the medical compression market.• Listen to customers and collaborate across multiple internal departments to develop products that meet the needs and expectations of our end user.•Advocate for improvements to current product offerings through identification of market trends and industry standards.• Manage documentation of projects and process according to the FDA Design Controls.• Create prototypes.• Conduct fittings of samples to verify appropriate fit and accurate sizing.• Draft patterns and prepare technical specifications to transfer designs to manufacturing.
