I am currently supervising two dining rooms and up to 35 team members. I make sure both rooms are set up before each meal, discuss pre-meal specifics with team members, assign work stations to everyone and assure the meal is promptly and accurately served to each independent living resident. My team and I work closely with upper management and the residents when there are any issues with their meals, take-outs and strive in understanding and answering all questions they may have. We are essential in setting up for large and small parties and gatherings according to any reservations and seasonal Galas. My personal goal each day is to make each resident better after interacting with me than they were before. Kindness is my gift to all.
