Established requirements for AEMS to support workflows for legacy Ivie teams. All teams successfully transitioned. QA / Test Role — worked with product owners, developers, tech support, and other team members to create Agile user stories, test plans and test cases. Executed alpha and beta testing. Participated in Agile Scrum, Grooming, and Sprint Planning in leadership and team roles.*Note to the Primary and System Transition roles:I also collected a lot of data and performed gap analysis to document the functionality for Ivie Versions that would not be covered by the AEMS development that was focused on Media. Other teams using Ivie Versions were informed through that gap analysis of workflow steps that would be impacted by the transition of Media to AEMS and the eventual retirement of Ivie Versions. Most were then able to work with leadership to determine appropriate paths forward for their particular function and needs. Also collected data and provided it (with documentation on its purpose) to those involved with new development for systems where that data and functionality might be housed.

However, our systems team was not organizationally changed until January 2020 when the team manager had moved to a different role and the three of us who were Systems Analysts were dispersed to established Quad/Graphics teams within the Enterprise Business Solutions, Client Technologies part of the organization.

I supervised the coordination team for catalog production. This team was comprised of 4 employees plus an additional 2-8 temporary employees. The team was responsible for the production coordination of catalogs and other materials produced for a major office supply distributor. Projects ranged from 4-page flyers to 1600-page annual catalogs with typical projects being quarterly 200-400 page catalogs. Responsible for timely coordination of incoming work being distributed to production artists, facilitating interactions with proofing and prepress departments and assisting with resolution of technical issues with the automation team. High level of client interface to work through production needs and issues. Projects were consistently delivered to press on time, efficiency and organization of the department were improved and methods to more easily track work were implemented. My team functioned very well together and always stepped up to meet new challenges.

I transferred from the Production Department to the Prepress Department within Ivie. I am currently learning a great deal in my new position and priming the prepress work for a large catalog project. I am looking forward to expanding my knowledge in this role. Assigned to special project with production to create method for pulling sign data from client data provided to build monthly catalog. Developed method of analyzing and pulling data to be parsed for constructing automated build of shelftalker signage. Major retailer with 2000+ stores in North America. Project resulted in kits of 600 - 800 signs added to each store's monthly kit.

I was promoted from Production Artist to Production Supervisor in June 2008 and given responsibility for the Signage Group. This group is primarily responsible for generation of price point signage for various clients, based upon the input from the weekly ads for those clients. The position involved supervision of up to 4 employees as well as 1-4 temporary contractors brought in for special projects. Additional duties involved automation of InDesign sign generation processes, template design/maintenance, SQL database interactions, direct interface with Client contacts, regular interaction with Ivie Client Services, Proofing and IT departments and ongoing work to improve efficiency and minimize errors. Aside from instore signage for multiple grocery retailers, major retailer with 600+ US stores weekly signage program resulted in ~3500 master signs per week, translating to an average of approximately 300,000 printed signs distributed per week. Increased efficiency in production, reduced proofing time required, reduced number of production revisions, and reduced number of issues with the "print stacks" received by the print vendor.
