Overall, my goal as a member of Quality is to create fluid processes that are transparent, intuitive, value added, while reliably meeting applicable standards and regulations.After over a decade in Quality leadership, I have worked in small to midsize companies, covering multiple medical technologies that fall within Class II and III, including biotech, software for medical devices, electro-mechanical, wearables, implantable and IVD.I have built QMS from scratch for start-ups, completely hands-on in every aspect of the QMS, to developing teams and honing in existing systems for larger companies.
