Provide students with allergns to any alternatives to their diets, examples are soy milk or gluten free bread. Making sure daily sanitization steps are being taken in the kitchen and food storage areas. Keeping proper temperatures in the walk in refrigerator and freezer. Making sure food comes out of the ovens at a temperature of 135 degrees or more for hot food. Doing other small tasks such a prep for the next day or putting up dishes at the end of the day.
