artfully is a recently established art consultancy lead by Beth Jackson. Aiming to embed art meaningfully with social contexts and built environments, the business is founded on Beth's 20 years' experience as a curator of contemporary art with over ten years' focus in art for the public realm. The practice adopts an interdisciplinary approach in the services of project delivery, policy-development and planning. Clients include public and private sector entities and authorities, for projects across a wide variety of scales and budgets.

Brecknock Consulting is a national and international consulting company with offices in Adelaide, Brisbane and Melbourne, providing services to major Government and private sector clients in the fields of Cultural Planning and Public Art. This is a full-time position responsible for curatorial scoping of public art and cultural planning projects, including: research and site analysis; project initiation; production of curatorial and conceptual frameworks, art opportunity reports, and artwork briefs to Clients; management of artist selection and concept selection processes; liaison with artists during concept development; in-put into cultural planning and policy documents; curatorial advice and research to the company generally.

Curating and/or project management of public art projects for State and local government clients. Major projects included Melbourne Street Subtropical Boulevard project for Brisbane City Council, Cairns Convention Centre Refurbishment, and "Habitus Habitat" for the Environmental Protection Agency's Great Walks of Qld project

This position was responsible for the management and supervision of Griffith Artworks’ staff (which included 5 full-time staff and numerous casual and volunteer workers) and resources. The position was responsible for the management of the Griffith University Art Collection, an artist-in-residence program, an events program, public art projects, and the development of a Griffith University Gallery. The position involved the securing of outside funding for the unit through funding agencies and generally in public and private sectors, and the implementing and maintenance of strategic alliances. The position was an academic position, at senior lecturer level, and involved some teaching duties and research performance.
