-Supervision of lifeguards, pool area programs, and patrons-Maintenance of pool chemistry and filter rooms-Instruct Red Cross and ASHI CPR, AED, First Aid and Lifeguarding courses-Develop and maintain positive relationships with members and employees-Lead program in-services -Assist in interviewing and training new staff-Schedule and supervise Birthday Party programs and staff

-Manage all incoming incident reports, including OSHA, DOT, injuries, and general liability.-Assist in the administration and maintenance of DOT driver qualification files. -Coordinate specialized safety training and assist in development of media content and/or the acquisition of external resources.-Assist in the development of presentations of performance results, protocols and initiatives, and ensure deliverables are made available to the appropriate levels of management.

-Organize and instruct Red Cross CPR, AED, First Aid and Lifeguarding courses-Manage and schedule YMCA lifeguard instructors -Coordinate and implement safety audits for lifeguards -Supervise, teach, and coach swimming lessons and diving team.

Involved in the management and scheduling of activities and employees related to the outdoor recreation programs including the aquatic center, ice arena, outdoor sports/activities.

Pool duties included life guarding, pool maintenance, care of pool and beach house area.Office and Ranger duties include, checking in campers, public relations, selling permits, merchandise, enforcing rules, ensuring the safety of the campers and transporting money.
