Primary duty, preparing monthly AIA progress billings consisting of subcontractor’s AIA progress billings on projects ranging from $38M to $85M. Processed and paid A/P subcontract invoices, general condition and direct cost invoices. Processed A/R owner billings. Provided monthly cash flow and direct costs reports to Project Managers. Held monthly budget review and draw meetings with Project Managers regarding cash issues with phase codes, change orders, and budget modifications. Maintained compliance regarding subcontractors and supplier preliminary notices, insurance and gathering lien waivers for project funding to process and issue subcontractor payments and subcontractor suppliers joint checks. Performed project and subcontractor audits/reconciliations on a regular basis. All data entry through Spectrum and project resources through Procore.

Primary function was accounts receivable that included AIA billings, setting up schedule of values and billing/invoicing through QuickBooks. Gathered supplier waiver releases accordingly for AIA billing submittals. Entered AP invoices, purchase orders and proposals for clients as it pertained to the hotel/hospitality industry. Provided strong communications both written and verbal. Built strong relationships with vendors and customers. Gathered vendor and subcontractor lien waivers, COI's, W9's for compliance purposes. I performed any necessary internal adjustments in QuickBooks as it pertained to correcting job costs on projects. I setup and maintained all vendors and customers data base in QuickBooks. I created sales reports, labor budget reports on large projects and job status activity in Excel. Collection calls/emails on aged customers.

Handled all office functions, answered phone, setup appointments, emails, follow up calls, filing and tax prep for CPA, All Bookkeeping functions through QuickBooks that included AP & AR, journal entries, payroll, bank reconciliations and provided financial statements for owner for the CPA. Handled all workers comp claims and payments,

Performed many administrative duties starting from receptionist to project coordinator to senior project accountant. Processed payroll and certified payroll, A/P, A/R in Sage Timberline. Provided billings to general contractors on AIA billing forms also some were through Textura. Performed journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations, cash receipt entries, check runs for A/P and joint check, and fund control payments. Setup new customers, contracts, new vendors, SOVs for A/R billings. Prepared and submitted pre-qualification packages.
