- Provide project management skills to successfully manage restoration projects.
- Manage and control contracting and procurement processes (Procurement Planning, Solicitation Planning, Solicitation, Source Selection, Contract Administration, and Contract Closeout).
- Measure and report project performance during project execution to assess the results of activities compared with planned goals. Keep responsible organizations and stakeholders appraised of successes, problems.
