Chairman of the board of Directors for the Hudson Valley Respiratory Directors Association. Provide vendors for quarterly meeting, scholarship process, and conferences for RT CEU's.

• Achievement highlights: Responsible for total oversight and operation of Respiratory therapy, Echocardiography, Cardiology, Neurology, Sleep Medicine, Cardiopulmonary rehab center, PFT and ABG labs. Project Manager-TAVR-Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement program. Responsible for total project oversight and implementation of newly created TAVR lab. Preparation and approval of all yearly department capital and operational budgets. Ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies, ex: CAP, JCAHO, DOH, and AASM, AACVPR.

• Achievement highlights: Manage daily activities of respiratory care, EKG, EEG, cardiology and Neurodiagnosics. Provides in-service’s provided to respiratory, physician, and nursing staff on all aspects of respiratory care to include mechanical ventilation, ABG’s and new clinical procedures. Create competencies for staff. Provides staff orientation. Clinical liaison between physicians and staff.

• Achievement highlights: Provide comprehensive respiratory care in a 24-bed ICU/CCU, 30-bed RCU, 15-bed level 3-bed NICU, 5-bed CTICU, large ER and all floor therapy. Perform complete cardiopulmonary patient assessments. Ventilator Experience: Servo i’s, Servo 300, Oscillators, VIP’s, Sechrist, Infant Star, and LTV 1000-1200. Performed all respiratory modalities including but not limited to: ABG procurement and analyzing, extubation, A-Line insertion, ventilator transports, tracheostomy changes, and medication administration. Collaborate with physicians and nurses to coordinate and ensure excellent patient care.
