In the time I worked for Turner & Townsend, I worked for a range of clients in project management roles including;- Heathrow - Project Manager within the Heathrow expansion team, working as Heathrow's client PM for the Environmental Impact Assessment team.- Bombardier - NEC project manager at the Old Oak Common depot site, managing the contract with the contractor on behalf of Bombardier as the client.- Shell (Real Estate) - Worked within the Global PMO, the central team within a structure established by Turner & Townsend to provide enhanced governance and assurance of the full process across Shell Real Estate projects.- Transport for London - sitting within TfL's Centre of Excellence team, worked primarily with the P3M3 Maturity Model, which provides a framework and measure for TfL's delivery capability. Barclays - worked within Barclays CRES (Corporate Real Estate Solutions) team who manage the Barclays global real estate portfolio - supporting the governance, management and tracking of global capital and operational expenditure.
