I launched direct dealer locations and now manage indirect accounts consisting of 124 employees in 60 locations and 2 direct employees. I am proud of my accomplishments: the market achieved status of #5 in the entire nation and #1 spot nationally for best "Negative Gross Activations" and also "Top in the Nation for Best Customer Feedback. My successes can be attributed to supporting indirect/third party retail distributor channels consisting of trainings, reporting requirements, compensation plans, competitive analysis and program effectively. I offered my expertise of sales strategies, marketing, and customer service training.

This was my own company that I built up focusing on the wireless industry. I was responsible for sales, customer service, training, and marketing. I expanded revenue by 120% by the second year of operation. I received approval to become AT&T's full onsite service center. I hired and oversaw 4 sales and service staff. I opened a second location and obtained a service contract for AT&T's government account.
