Since mid-2019 I have spent the majority of my time working part-time in other roles to also pursue my career in fine art, which has lead to a host of group exhibitions, commissions, sales and other projects.In the winter of 2019 I started running a casual life drawing class, which as of April 2021 has run weekly and is now one of the most popular life drawing classes in Bristol.bethcub.co.uk

I was brought on board by fine art specialist screenprinter Bicep Press to manage the studio and conduct of business, and was trained in the unique artworking process required for screenprinting.My role included:- Complete reorganisation of all scheduling and admin processes including customer relations and daily accounting and maintaining this- Design direction and copywriting of a new website and the maintenance of this- Content creation and management of social media channels - Working very closely with the team on all projects and editions created and providing creative and practical input- Working under the lead artworker to be trained in artworking for editions and digital preparations- Photography for the brand's website and portfolio

During my time with Oowee, I revolutionised the brand's voice, content and social media output to help spur on a huge growth period within the company, which saw the brand open four new premises in a year.I was closely involved with the top level of the brand, helping organise PR campaigns for new cities, create creative direction and consulting on overall strategy for the brand. I also devised and created email campaigns and arranged events in-store and online.During my time here I refined my content creation, and was solely responsible for all content strategy, management and creation/editing for the brand during my time at there, leading to a 100% growth in social media following and successful launches in three new cities, and communication of all 'lockdown' changes/reopenings. I also managed the online community, growing brand relations and strengthening customer bonds.I also built a comprehensive paid social media campaign as part of a constant campaign and campaigns to promote new sites, as well as producing on-brand copy across the brand's digital and in-store outputs.

I came aboard with 5 Pointz to provide marketing and social media expertise and coordination, working with them on social media, affiliate marketing, paid social advertising and strategy.By using in-depth analysis of their previous practice, we worked together to improve following and behaviour whilst focusing on a creative direction and voice for the brand. Working closely with the brand director, I fine-tuned the social media and website copy to tailor to different customer profiles. I developed a social media and content strategy and management plan to organise a busy promotional schedule.I also worked with the e-commerce team to expand areas of affiliate and digital marketing by working on key promotions and devising a comprehensive Facebook Ads campaign from scratch. Alongside these digital areas I’ve also supported the team in arranging events, promotional activity and street promotion.

During my time at Route One, one of the UKs biggest skate and streetwear destinations, I was lucky enough to work in many varied areas in a busy and successful business.
