The Office of Minority and Women Inclusion works with colleagues in the Federal Reserve Bank and the broader community to facilitate the inclusion of all in the financial services sector. We promote inclusion in employment at all levels of the organization and in procurement to assure maximum opportunity for women- and minority-owned vendors to participate in providing goods and services to the Bank. And we work with the broader community with an emphasis on high school and college students to engage these students in learning about finance and in considering and preparing for careers in financial services.

Provided leadership to the Bank's annual planning process and implemented a periodic forecasting process. Provided leadership to management accounting and was responsible for ensuring the timely publication and accruacy of the Bank's management accounting reporting. In addition provided leadership to analytical support of diverse business functions, including special project work. Supported executive management through ongoing briefings, special projects and in preparation of board of directors presentations.

Managed a team of analysts and the budget development process for First Bank System (now US Bank). Prepared the strategic plan. Provided analytical support to the CFO on actual and expected financial results.

Conducted analysis and strategy development for this manufacturing firm on their energy usage, including preparing testimony before the Public Utilities Commission. Monitored raw material inventory for several of the firm's manufacturing plants
