Beth Kopp served as Vice President, Media Director for Bernstein-Rein Advertising for 24 years. Along with her staff, Beth developed Media Communication Plans, and won Client approvals, leading to multi-million dollar media negotiations and acquisitions for major, world class brands—including Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (directing all Media for the largest US and international retailer), along with McDonald's, H&R Block, Russell Stover and Blockbuster Video. During her tenure, Ms. Kopp also created, developed and led a Media team of 90 members — mentoring, and leading staff members to provide excellence in Client marketing, communications, media planning and acquisition.Ms. Kopp was promoted to Vice President of Bernstein-Rein in 1994. In her role as Vice President, Beth was a member of the Executive Board, the governing body of the Agency, and remained on the board for 14 years. The Agency Executive Board was involved in all aspects of Agency management, including Client profitability, business acquisition and retention — all decisions that impacted Agency Clients and Agency personnel. During her tenure, Ms. Kopp also earned her certificate in High Performance Management and was honored by Newsweek Magazine as a Future Media All Star.
