Current• Lead paperback publishing program for Knopf Doubleday Group for 175+ frontlist titles annually in coordination with imprint publishers.• Develop seasonal and long-term paperback publishing priorities, strategies, and programs to help drive growth and achieve sales goals, working across all departments to ensure optimal execution.• Co-lead Vintage Originals program, shaping publishing strategy and acquisitions for 15-20 titles annually.• Manage media tie-in program, working with film studios and streaming platforms to develop and execute cross-promotional campaigns that enhance visibility and generate incremental revenue from adapted works. • Revitalize the backlist through strategic programs, leveraging anniversaries and market trends to repackage key authors and titles, driving renewed interest and sales; play key role in licensing and rights renewals to safeguard the long-term value of the backlist.• Co-led a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion innovation project, and serve on divisional Communications sub-committee.
