Division: Bayer Animal HealthProject co-lead over the successful migration of Siebel Life Sciences to SFDC/Veeva solution. Gathered detailed business requirements, performed functionality gap analysis to identify any areas where current Siebel functionality could not be migrated directly to SFDC/Veeva. In those cases, worked with the sales operations and marketing teams to establish new business processes better suited to the cloud based solution. Introduced the new system to a pilot group of high-achieving sales representatives – allowing the development team to receive direct feedback and resolve issues in a timely fashion. Complete roll out to 200+ user base of field and internal users at National Business Meeting.Division: Bayer Health Care/PharmaceuticalsSuccessfully managed the SDLC of Digital Marketing projects for release of social media microsite and brand website updates. As all development efforts were completed by an external agency, my role as liaison between the marketing brands, internal IT and the external agency was critical to the success of the ventures.Developed Request for Quote packages, performed vendor selection and delivered Statement of Work documents to the marketing brands for approval. Tracked development activities against a detailed project plan and provided detailed progress reports to stakeholders. Practiced risk management to ensure that projects stayed within scope, time and cost.
